Quick Start News Aggregator Instructions

Here's a quick instruction on how to categorize your feeds. Looking this over, it's a bit too complex. I believe some sort of wizard is in order. But for now...

  1. Open myRadio - http://127.0.0.1:5335/myRadio/

  2. Click Add / Delete Pages in the upper right corner

  3. Enter the name of a new page in the text box, and click "Add". Add as many as you like. When done, click "Finished".

  4. You can navigate to different pages by clicking the name on the navigation bar. At this point, all pages will be empty. Click "Edit Content" to add components to the current page.

  5. You'll see a list of all currently installed components. At the very least, you'll see "News Aggregator". Select that, and click "Finished".

  6. Now you'll see the familiar News Aggregator, with one difference - an Edit link. Click "Edit" in the upper right corner of the aggregator component.

  7. Here you can select feeds for display on the page. Choose feeds, then click "Select". Click "Finished" when done.

  8. Repeat steps 4-7 for each page!
